How to be a Rich Bitch

If you're reading this I'm guessing that the title of this post is what got you here.  But if you're wondering how to be a Rich Bitch, look no further I have the answer:  Rich Bitch by Nicole Lapin. I'm going to be honest, if this book was called anything else I probably wouldn't have picked it up and that is just really sad to think about because it is full of great advice.

Rich Bitch by Nicole Lapin is a book all women of any age should pick up. I'm 20 and I this book really helped me think about what I want for the future.  For those of you who don't know Nicole Lapin (you used to be me), she a news anchor on CNBC and CNN Live and basically one of the best finance people ever but that's my biased opinion.

Rich Bitch is that kind of book that makes you feel like you're talking to a close friend about money, your future, and finance.  And also that friend just happens to really know her stuff.

This book is full of helpful answers to all the questions you may or may not have asked yourself about money.  It is just a great book for everyone who wants to start getting a real handle on their future. 

If you're in your 20s like me I highly recommend reading this book.  Now is the time to start saving for your future but you don't need to listen to me.  You should listen to Nicole.

Let's Try This | Greek Yogurt Mac & Cheese

Influenster: Temptations VoxBox

So, if you're reading this you probably don't know what a Influenster is or why I would chose to write about it.  Influenster is a program(?), website place thing.  Very descriptive, Emily.  Good job.

Okay, let me try this again.  Influenster is a website that allows people of influence to be connected with brands to try and sample some of the newest products being launched.  There, that was much better.

Anyway, Influenster sends out different "themed" boxes every few weeks for people to try.  Since I have a cat, I was lucky enough to get the Temptations VoxBox this time around.  I think my cat was extraordinarily thrilled.  If there is one thing this cat likes to do it's eat.

Getting these products to test was great because my cat is already a big fan of the Temptations cat treats so this was even better.

The verdict?  My cat is in love.  The box came with a bag of treats and the new Snacky Mouse cat toy. He attacked the snacky mouse toy as soon as I gave it to him. He is secretly obsessed with it.

Why You Need: Mario Badescu Facial Spray

Let me start out by saying I never thought I would be writing a blog post about how much I love this.  My love for the Mario Badescu facial spray snuck up on me. I honestly wasn't expecting to love this at all which is why I feel like I'm qualified to tell you: Buy This.


The Mario Badescu facial spray with aloe, rosewater and herbs is a product that I feel everyone should be screaming about.  It is unlike anything I have tried before and believe me when I tell you that I've tried a lot of products.  I'm sort of a product junkie. 

As by the name this contains rosewater.  Rosewater is a great antibacterial meaning that is helps kill any bacteria that you may have on your face and in case you didn't know bacteria could be the reason that you have a zit right now.  This is perfect to help prevent those nasty blemishes. Another claim this handy spray makes: hydration.  BELIEVE. IT.  .  I have combination skin so I have some dry patches and this spray has helped keep all those places hydrated.

I have been spraying this on anytime.  Morning, night, after a workout, before a workout, after I take off my makeup, before I put on my makeup, and to set my makeup.  Basically, I'm bathing in this stuff now.  A 4 oz size of this spray is only $7 so I'm 100% on board with this product.

I am 100% convinced that my skin is better than it was before since I have started using this
